Problem with DS1200 and MacBook 13"...? (Solved)

Dear friends :I have two denon connected to my macbook 13 ", controls traktor with them. The problem is that I can not add them as an audio device to serve as audio interface. Also when I enter the two denon midi properties marked on me port 1 and are each 1 and 2 respectively.
mac only has 2 usb and I see something unnecessary to place my Safire 6 usb ( audio interface) if I get audio output whith denon ds1200.

Did you select > source > "PC Mode" ?

of course ... the midi connection works well in principle with the 2 management traktor ds1200, just do not get audio. the computer's audio is only because the configuration of the MacBook does not appear denon ds1200.

Are you using a USB HUB?
If yes, did you try directly without a Hub?
What is your OSX version?
Are the players updated to v2100?

I would like you to try some thing.

Turn on you mac
Then switch only one s1200 to pc mode.
When the deck says connected give it about 10 seconds then go to Apps/utilities/audio midi setup and check if the s1200 shows up.

in the study midi I get .... but in audio devices does not appear.

Fro the first pic you will notice that there a 4 s1200.

The reason is that I have to make an aggregate device when plugging directly to my mac and one for when I use a hub.

You must have a computer conflict somewhere.
What else is installed as far as hardware or apps?

I have 4 macs and I went through the same issues you are going through each time I try to hook up my gear for the first time on them. Once they get recognized you won't have to worry about it again.

The funny thing is that I can't exactly remember the steps I took to get them to work so you might have to bear with me.

Turn on both your s1200 set them to pc mode then turn on your computer and see if they show up in the 'audio midi' utility, if not close the 'audio midi' utility and switch your both your s1200 out of pc mode and switch them back to pc mode. Then check again if they show up again in your 'audio midi' utility.

everything working, I formatted the computer, and then I turned the denon in PC mode, then I have connected to the mac and everything works fine ......
