Good morning,
i need to download the drivers for the 3700 and the 1600. i was able to locate the link in the new website.

When i try to log in it is telling me my email address is not registered. i was able to log in last week.

Harold, you should use the same email and password from the old site.
Did you click "forgot password"?

Hello,
The Asio driver verson 2.21 and 2.22 seem to not recognize both my 3700's at the same time. It's getting frustrating. I've even tried version 2.20. My devices are recognized by Windows and the units say "PC MODE Completed" but the Asio Driver window shows only one 3700. Also, if I connect my X1700 first, only one 3700 is recognized by Windows. Is there a specific USB driver for 3700s?

Thanks, Jeff

VDJ 7.05b Pro

It's really weird, it's as if the Asio Driver kicks out one of the 3700's no matter what I do. I've tried changing unit numbers...etc.

Jeff, all of our ASIO versions support the S3700, but since you have the X1700, you should use v222 ONLY.
Did you open the ASIO driver and "Enable" the 2nd S3700? If not, thats your problem.

Preset Settings are

Midi ch 1 (for both)
Unit No. All (for both)
Jog Pulse = 1480 (for both)
Jog Trans = 3ms (for both)
